i'd just like to note, that while i love when people are in the christmas spirit before christmas... keeping your lights on well into the new year brings out the scrooge in me!

Ours are still up. They're not plugged in, and they're only on the eaves, nothing in the yard...but we've yet to have a dry weekend day when he can get them down in daylight and he won't do it in the dark. And, well, I draw my outdoor maintenance line at climbing the super long shaky ladder to do it myself!
i shouldv'e been more specific in my scroogedom... up is fine, ON is not! our neighbor still has been turning his on. he even still has his tree up and on! he had people over tonight, maybe it was a christmas party?!
